As State City Investments co-invests in every property, we take an active and hands on approach in the operational and financial management of each property.
Who manages the Trust which owns the property?
State City Investments acts as Trustee for the Trust. This ensures all shareholders benefit from our extensive property expertise in dealing with lease negotiations, rent reviews and financial reporting. Additional duties include income distributions, accounting and other general affairs of the Trust.
