State City Investments source and acquires suitable investment grade properties on behalf of shareholders. Duties include financial modelling, full due diligence, financing and lease negotiations.

Asset Management

The interests of all shareholders are optimised through the Directors' extensive property knowledge base. Primary duties include scrutiny of the financial performance of each property, ongoing financial reporting to shareholders and Government Departments, risk management, asset repositioning for future on selling and monthly dividend payments to shareholders.

Property Management

Unlike most industry peers, State City Investments takes an active role in the day to day, hands on management of all properties. We aim to deliver quality building performance for tenants and owners alike, reduce the impact of the building on the environment and generate operational cost savings. Ongoing duties include tenancy management, lease administration, financial management and building maintenance.
